Blessed are the Peace Seekers

The Course in Miracles says “To know peace, teach peace.”

Jesus said, “Blessed are the peacemakers..”

Just by pursuing a path of peace, one is blessed.

If I never, again, glimpsed a moment of “the peace which surpasses all understanding”, I would feel no sadness; because of the joy I have found in the journey.

It was this Course in Miracles line, which I heard three times in three days that finally prompted me into producing this daily newsletter.

I hear, on a daily basis, how these words have blessed one or more of my subscribers. That is gratifying to me and a great confirmation that I am in the flow. I love receiving these comments, by the way, but my true reward comes in the joy I have in the process.

I encourage everyone to find a way to “teach peace” in their everyday lives. For most this will mean, teaching by example, which in my opinion is the most effective way.

The method is not important. It is the commitment to stay consciously focused on the minute to minute experience of peace, which carries the rewards.

Consciously “seeing” peace available in every situation is such a blessing, no other outer rewards are necessary.

The peace will come. The process is its own reward.
