Welcome to the inaugural issue of Secrets to Peace.

We all know that there are no secrets in the universe. There are only things that we have forgotten. In this short newsletter, I intend to bring a reminder each day which will help us all get in touch with what we have forgotten about choosing peace in all of our affairs.

One of my favorite books of all times is, “Handbook to Higher Consciousness”. In this book, Author Ken Keyes, lists his Twelve Pathways to the Higher Consciousness Planes of Unconditional Love and Oneness.

One of these pathways, that I return to often, is number 4. “I always remember that I have everything I need to enjoy my here and now – unless I am letting my consciousness be dominated by demands and expectations based on the dead past or the imagined future.”

That thought alone always reminds me that I have the power at any instant in my life to choose peace. As long as I am just fully invested in the “now” moment and am not allowing myself to judge what is going on around me, peace is my natural state.
